Shipping Policy

Every ALNEXA order is checked and packed before it leaves us. The timelines below are the ones we actually work to — we would rather quote honestly than promise a date we cannot hold.

Processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday begin processing the next working day.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery takes 10–15 business days anywhere in India.

Processing and delivery are counted separately. Taking both together, most orders arrive within 11–18 business days of being placed.

Where we ship

ALNEXA currently ships within India only.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order. ALNEXA accepts prepaid orders only; Cash on Delivery is not available.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order is dispatched. If it has been more than 3 business days since you ordered and no tracking has arrived, write to us and we will find out where it stands.

Delays

Festival weeks, weather, and courier backlogs can push a delivery past the window above. If your order passes 18 business days without arriving, contact us — we will trace it with the courier and, if it cannot be located, replace or refund it in full.

Delivery address

Please check your address and phone number before paying. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and deliveries that fail because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a free reshipment.
