Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos at support@alnexa.in

Refunds

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
